Returns & Cancellations

Order cancellation.

Cancellation of your order that took place in our online store, is accepted only within 12 hours from the completion of the order.

In case of deposit of the cost of your order in our bank account, our Company is obliged to return the amount to you within 48 hours and we will send you a deposit receipt for the refund.

In case of payment of your order by credit card, our Company will cancel your transaction within 48 hours and we will send you the cancellation receipt via e-mail.

Withdrawal and Product Returns.

You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping and return costs of the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them along with the legal documents (shipping slip or sales invoice or retail receipt) and the packaging that came with the product. In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products. Items defective or different from your order will be returned at our expense.
In cases of return of products, cancellation of orders or on your part refusal to receive the product by the transport company, you are obliged (for tax reasons) to notify us through a responsible declaration of Law 1599/1986 the reasons for your return, cancellation or refusal.
In case of refund due to unavailability of the product this can be done within 10 working days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

1) The supply of goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the money market which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

2) The supply of goods that are manufactured according to the specifications that you have set as a consumer or that do not exist in stock and need a special order from (supplier / manufacturer).

3) The supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.
